Nigel Chaloner is a Brighton based film maker. He’s produced a number of short films and recently completed a feature length documentary covering the effects of the COVID pandemic on the people and businesses of Brighton. Entitled Swings and Roundabouts the film was screened in 2022 at The Rialto Theatre as part of the Brighton Rocks Film Festival and received a runner up award for best documentary.

He produced and directed the documentary The Booth Museum and produced the drama Sunday Morning both of which were screened as part of Brighton Cinecity 2019 Film Festival. He directed and produced the short film What Happened to Sam aired on Latest TV in November 2019 and worked as camera assistant on the micro-budget feature High Water by Black Rock Films currently in post-production. He also wrote, produced and directed the short films “Alison” which was screened as part of Brighton Rocks Film Festival in 2020 and Nights Like These which was screened on Latest TV Brighton in 2020.
